I recently contacted your hotel to inquire about room availability for my family and interacted with receptionist Bhanu, during this process. Unfortunately, I found her behavior to be unexpectedly rude and dismissive, which left me feeling disappointed. As the receptionist, the conduct is a direct reflection of the hotel's values and plays a crucial role in shaping the guest experience. While room quality is important, the way customers are treated is equally vital. Approach during our interaction fell short of the professionalism and courtesy expected in such situations. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it serves as an opportunity for improvement.
