Wrost experience. Gestures is not working after inform them as well they did not respond. Very costly. And they are allowing only 2 people's. Rooms also not that much good just average.wrost experience.. no complimentarys .wast of money .wash rooms are not maintained

I had worst experience with this hotel. It was afternoon when power has gone where this hotel didn't have the backup power we were suffered for almost 3hr . When checked with reception, the staff were rude at answering our queries ( said we don't have diesel for regenerator and no staff to bring it , do whatever u want , we can't help) . For the amount we paid , it was not worth. Avoid these type of hotel as much as possible ( For the name sake it was grand but services are week).

We have celebrated SSC reunion event. It's brand new function hall with complete AC. It's an amazing atmosphere. The staff is soo cool and cooperative for each and everything. We stayed in Hotel rooms also for 3 days, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Thank you staff and boys for helping on each and everything.
