Hotel RR grand

The staff were good they immediately respond to any demand of the customer toilets were clean and rooms has nice fragrance very good service's.

Firstly, when I entered the room, it was not clean. The dustbins were already littered, and the most concerning issue was finding long female hair on the bed and inside the blanket. It seems like the same blankets are being reused for every guest without proper cleaning. There was also hair on the floor, adding to the unhygienic environment. In the bathroom, the flush was not functioning properly, making it very inconvenient. Additionally, there were no intercoms or telephones in the room, which made communication with the staff quite difficult. Overall, staying at this hotel was a struggle due to these issues. Totally waste of money

Visited this place for an overnight stay, Very bad condition rooms with fungus and dampness everywhere, glasses and kettle provided are in very bad condition and fungus. Totally not recommended for any kinda stay here

Stayed there for a night with minimal expectation, however the hotel had clean rooms, hot water, ac and clean sheet on bed. Host Mahesh was very kind and arranged for tea snacks and breakfast. Over all a great pit stop for us on our long journey!
