Golden Sands Beach Front Resorts & Properties

Rooms could improve in quality specially bathrooms, food and service is very good. Location wise 5 mins drive and 5 mins walk required to beach and beach is little isolated.Price is worth it. Good for family getaways. Overall it has good potential for a great resort but definitely has many scopes for improvement.

Fantastic location, Terrible food, shamelessly unclean and no one cares. 1. As for the rooms, the sofas are torn, the paint is peeling off 2. As for as the bath rooms, the plumbing fittings are rusting, the mirrors are old and need to be replaced, the management seems to focus on one more property and don't think anyone cares about this one at all. 3. The pool, the water is highly chlorinated and the worst part is that the staff of the hotel have their dinner adjacent to the pool while the guests are using it. 4. The Dinner, surprisingly food is as served in takeaway containers, disposable plates were given for snacks in the room, though plastic plates were provided for dinner. The food was outright rotten and stale. The panner in chilli panner was rotten, the French fries were like hard dried sticks. 4. The Break fast, idly and wads were hot and nice, set dosa and Upma were cold, there was bread and jam but no toaster. The entire breakfast area was messy. No offence intended but if taken care of properly. This property has the potential to be one among the best in the area. Over all the experience. . . Thoroughly disappointed

The location of the resort villa is good as it's close to the sea and has a private beach but the access road is narrow for few kilometers. Getting to this place in chirala is also through a single lane road and there is heavy traffic in some places and movement of heavy vehicles and govt buses. The place looks good, nicely done row villas with garden and pathways to walk around. It's in a big compound which is in several acres, mostly empty land and there are around 40 villas for this property. The rooms are big in each villa, but the age shows in rooms, decor and bathrooms etc. The property should consider some renovation. The food is okay and needs to be ordered in advance. The breakfast option are limited and mostly same each day. The restaurant and surrounding can be made more cleaner overall. A good place to stay overall with pool, games location, vast party lawn, with diff villa options in a vast compound, private beach is at walkable distance.

We were 4 adults who stayed for 3 days in this villa on Nov 2024. I must stay that this was the Most horrible stay till date for me at luxury price. Villas are grandly constructed and beautiful but the maintenance is terrible. All bathrooms smell like drainage is overflowing, cannot be inside the bathroom for more than 10 sec. Taking bath was nightmare. Service was even worse. Used plates and cutlery after eating is left all over the place and garden areas with disposing for days. Kitchen was horrible, the restaurant had filthy look at the coffee making place.staff was untrained. Never recommend this place even if they give it for free!!

This is the worst stay i have experienced ever. The property is beautiful but there is no proper maintenance.We arrived at night and we were not sure where the room is located even. There is room number directions provided even. The towels were full of stains. The bedsheets were also too dirty with lot of stains. The AC / TV remotes are not available.Only provided after requesting for multiple times. And the breakfast . I don't think it's a buffet . There are only 3 limited items . This property is not at all a worth of the price they are charging.

Nice resort. We had 2bhk villa and it is nice. Food is good. Also have swimming pool. Near to beach

**WORST RESORT EVER--BEDBUGS, FILTHY BATHROOMS, ZERO SUPPORT, AND LOST 43,000!** This resort is an **absolute disgrace**. The rooms were crawling with **bedbugs**, and the **bathrooms were filthy beyond belief--stained, stinking, and clearly untouched by housekeeping. It's shocking they even call this place a "resort." To make things worse, the **staff is completely useless**. No ethics, no responsibility, no help desk--just blank stares and excuses. When I reported all the issues and asked for help, I was ignored. On top of everything, I **lost 43,000** due to their incompetence and was left with no support or refund. It felt like being robbed in broad daylight. This place is a **scam**. Unsafe, unhygienic, and run by people who clearly don't care about guests. **Do NOT go here unless you want your money stolen and your health put at risk.**

The resort is more than what you can expect. Located 1km far from beach, the resort has a cool environment, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We visited in September 2024. The place is still under construction and a lot of work is pending for beach view rooms and pool. The villas are ready and well maintained. Room service was good. It is bit understaffed, so the response was a bit slow. But the staff were helpful. We had breakfast buffet that was also good. Pool is well maintained. The beach is just awesome. Very clean and beautiful view. It has sunrise view.
