Nice clean rooms and good food attached restaurant

I am writing this while inside the hotel. There is nothing called customer service. Staff speaks nothing but for telugu. Food is not there. Behaviour of staff is extremely rude. Connectivity is again an issue. Bad experience overall. No doubt, room is spacious and only the manager is good. Remaining all staff members are horrible. Basic lilen and pillow covers were soiled when we were alloted the room. Had to ask 6 times to change. Drinking water is not being provided. Ask for a cup of tea and see the magic. They will take the skin of you.

I would say less than 1start. Hope less room, no housekeeping staff, AC doesn't work properly.Complete Payment is taken at the time of checkin only. Very very dirty stinky bathrooms, when there is renovation going on they either drop the prices or they shut it down they charge full, no wifi bcoz of renovation, room phone doesn't work, everytime we need something we need to go down to ask. Only one staff felt responsible and apologised for the inconvenience. Definitely not a place I would suggest

We have been here for a night. The hotel is outside City. Rooms was precious and neat-clean. So was bathroom. Room service was also satisfactory. Complimentary breakfast was with limited menu yet was sufficient and satisfactory. Overall not a bad stay. Recommended to stay.

Rooms are quite ok but it does not have an in house restaurant. The modus operandi of ordering and getting food is inconvenient. Complimentary breakfast comes from some joint locally outsourced . You won't have a choice. However breakfast does not have coffee or tea in it and you need to pay for morning coffee yourself. Parking was spacious for self driven cars.The AC in my room was leaking water and it was quickly attended to by placing a bucket under the Indoor unit. The towels and bed linen were dirty and was changed on request. Over all it was average.

Stayed in this hotel for a period of 3 days and 4 nights. The rooms and beds were dirty. AC was malfunctioning and entire hotel itself had stinking drainage smell to it. That includes the water. The restaurant owner and staff were rude and disrespect even towards females. Will not be recommended to anyone.

I visited this place with my family for my relatives function. The function hall is good and big. We can do marriages, Birthdays and so on functions on this hall. The ac is also good. The parking space is quite big it's enough to park the cars who are coming to functions.

Attended a wedding recently in this function hall. It has a very spacious car park, main event hall and a dining hall. But the hand wash area is very small and the drainage blocked. Overall a good place for big weddings.
