**NRKM Residency Ongole - Worst Experience, AC Not Working** My recent stay at NRKM Residency in Ongole was extremely disappointing. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a frustrating experience. First and foremost, the air conditioning in the room was not working. Despite multiple complaints to the staff, they failed to fix the issue, leaving me uncomfortable in a hot and stuffy room. The staff's response was sluggish, and they didn't seem to take the issue seriously, which only added to my frustration. The room itself was not well-maintained. The cleanliness was below standard, with dusty furniture and dirty linens. The bathroom had a foul smell, and the plumbing was inadequate, making the overall experience even worse. Additionally, the service was poor. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing customer concerns, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. Given the high price I paid for the stay, I expected better facilities and customer service. Unfortunately, NRKM Residency did not meet expectations in any way. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you're looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and customer-focused stay.

The Worst place I had ever stayed. This is not a hotel or lodge, it's a girls and boys hostel where intermediate, nursing and medical students from nearby hospital stat. No drinking water Very unhygienic No cleanliness AC stops working No soap and shampoo provided No continuous water supply in washrooms - management didn't care to check and turn on the motor even after complaining 3 times No hot water Not maintained well No parking No room service No tv Above all you are literally staying in hostel- so students chat, laugh loudly in the corridors.

Worst hotel. Don't stay here

I haven't stayed there but rooms are not good and they are charging a whooping price of 1400 to 1200 per head Wifi is not available which is basic amenity now a days It's bit away from city so can't get to something we need

The room was not cleaned, in fact it was just painted when we arrived and they never bothered to clean. The room was filled with dust and sand.. when we opened the window we saw a lot of empty alcohol bottles. There are 2 boys in the reception.. both quotes different prices.. plus if you extra money, they will return on your check out, but the boy will cut 30 rupees himself as tip.. (lol)

It's a cosy place Reasonable It was neat and clean no doubt But this place needs renovation The doors the furniture the bed have all lived their lives The staff is doing their job well,off cleaning and maintaining But the big bosses need to turn their attention towards it

One of the worst experiences I have had so far. Booked around 7 rooms for a shopping price, however amenities r horrible and staff are so rude. Never ever stay this place.
