Rooms are clean and well maintenance Room service are v good and polite.

Had a bad experience at this place. Management changed and he is not polite. No support from front desk. Charging higher than the market rate.

Things i observed here are: 1. One of the best Lodge in Ongole at lowest price with good accommodation 2. Well maintained rooms 3. Good Management and Service people 4. Good hygiene environment in and out as they are maintaining, which attracts customers 5. Comfortable parking area 6. Allows you to take outside food 7.Rooms Booking availability 24/7

Only parking and no restaurant are two bits of problem, otherwise good. They are very accommodating. However, they have a stacked parking place on a narrow lane, monitored by CCTV. The locality has many restaurants and the staff offered to bring food to our room. Rooms are excellently appointed. Staff and front desk are very cooperative.

Hotel rooms are good and staff maintained also good. Very near to the main road and all will be available easily. Suites rooms are very good with low cost. Staff didn't restricted per room only two to three members like that. At any point of time room service is available and for water or cool drinks we didn't get any issue due to staff itself maintained own freezer so at mid night also service was fair enough.

It's Nice Hotel. Located at Main road. Little bit distances from Main bus stand. Railway station near by. Rooms maintain neetly Service Good.. AC working fine.. Hot water available.. Gym (walker , Cycling) Available. Car Parking little bit tough. Simply it's value for money...
