Hotel Sarovar

Worst experience. I booked a "Grand Deluxe" room thru Flipkart on 17Mar2025 for stay on 11Apr2025. When I tried to check in I was shocked to see a sub standard room (Pics attached). They charge around 3,8 K to 4K for this room and the furniture was also old and soggy. I asked them to provide me a better room which matched the pics on booking app They offered me a Standard room which was also in bad shape. Their Manager was not available and the staff didnt even have minimium communication skills and courtesy.Overalll its been a nightmare and will never book a room here

Just visited here to have breakfast, but apparently nothing was hot. At least we expected them to give correct order, but they screwed up too. Pointless buffet. Better to eat at road side street.

THE Dirtiest Hotel. The hotel looks regal from outside but there is absolutely no maintenance. Bathrooms are leaking with layers of dirt everywhere. Mattress and towels are stained. There is no minus star available or else even one star is too much

Sub standard room service. Breakfast offered as complimentary was sub standard. No kettle nd coffee/ tea placed in rooms. Not worth the price.

Best hotel Best food available in this hotel. Value for money and maintained both quality and quantity Really Loved it

I had lunch here, and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend everyone in Ongole to visit and indulge in their amazing flavors--especially the chicken biryani and kadai paneer. A must-try for all food lovers!

Rooms are the worst stains on walls everywhere and room is not maintained at all. Bedsheets are not washed and washrooms are dirty.pl don't waste money on this.

Rooms and service good but food is not at all good better to order online from another restaurant
