Hotel Mourya Grand, Ongole

I had a wonderful stay here--the breakfast was delicious, and the owner and staff were extremely friendly. I highly recommend stopping here if you're traveling from Hyderabad to Chennai.

Stopped here for lunch during a drive -- unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food quality was very poor and far from satisfying. Parking was also a bit of a hassle, with limited and inconvenient space. Wouldn't recommend this place for a pit stop.

A very nice Accommodation in Lodging. Nice Function Hall. It is located opposite to RTC Busstand. Mourya Fastfoods also available here with good taste of food. Services also comfortable.

The hotel is one of the oldest, has clean rooms, comfortable beds and noise insulated rooms. Some rooms do smell, if you have the option to check the room before, please do so. Since it's a small hotel, rooms during peak periods may be difficult to find. One major minus, bathrooms in almost all rooms are run down, not cleaned in all areas. So the major drawback of this hotel is that. Try to take rooms on the higher floor to avoid noise and if you're a family of 4, book the highest room category "suite". Food served for room service and complimentary breakfast are really good,(veg) so you don't really have to venture out for food. Room service is cordial and on time. Apart from the bathrooms, this hotel is everything you need for a stay in Ongole.

The hotel is on main road close to restaurants and theatres making it one of most suitable accommodation when travelling to ongole.

Giving a rating of 2 due to poor customer service. For staying extra 5 hours they charged full day rate without any intimation. While checking in have informed about this and still they said will be charging for 1 day only. Next day same person confirmed the time of check out and didn't mentioned about charging for full day. While checking out was asked to pay full day amount for day 2 and the receptionist who had spoken with me was speaking rudely and do not have any sense/behaviour on how to speak with their customer. Spoke with the Manager but he never called back. Finally they agreed to reduce 1000. They should have the courtesy to inform their customers. Rooms are good and in prime location. Sound proofing is not great and will be hearing the honking sound continuously which disturbs the sleep. Towels were too old. They have a small restaurant and for breakfast once we tell what we need they will bring it from there to the room

Service and maintenance are very good. Had a good stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very good for family. I will recommend this to my friends. Parking is available but limited to around 10cars. Luckily I got one.
