HOTEL CENTRAL PARK

We stayed for over night here while road trip rooms are very big and spacious Service is also good rooms are clean We got king size bed for 1500 But hotel people need to provide thm with new bed sheets and towels Rest area locations is quite good

I stopped here for my first pitstop - The rooms are spacious but terrible. I had to kill a few cockroaches as soon as I entered. The bedsheet, towel and pillow covers were unsanitary. I paid 1600 for a terrible place but the ac and fan works and it's close to the highway

We only had an overnight stay. It is a Little expensive for the services available. Bedsheets were not proper. The room was not cleaned properly. The washrooms were also not good.. only positive thing is , it is very close to NH 16 and parking is also available( which is difficult to get in many hotels near Ongole).

We stayed over night while going on road trip. Poor reception, dont even have intrest towards guests. Not even waterbottle given, TV is not recharged, masquitoes every where in the room with some cobwebs, felt like for longer time room was not used. Basically this is not hotel, rooms belongs to function hall. Not good place for stay. Okay for over night. But not value for money.

Atmosphere was not so costly. Lighting for photos was not good. Taste of food was average. Dum biryani taste was bad. But the place of hotel was very comfortable. Very easy to locate, very nearer just outside to APSRTC BUS STAND.Spacious function hall attached with dining hall. Good rooms. But better to arrange some seating at outside restaurant at 1st floor.

Room size is ok. Centre rooms have no ventilation and the side rooms are noisy due to all night announcement at the bus stand. Washing services are poor. Beds are ok and clean and AC works. Restaurant is good and serves delicious briyani. Morning breakfast is tolerable.

Positives: Hotel & catering staff were nice. Overall good experience. Negatives: Decoration vendor doesn't have basic behavior aspects in dealing with customers. Vendor seem to be standard from the hotel. Decoration work was good however incomplete & overcharged. Suggestion: 1. Hotel should be careful in selecting the vendors so that they don't loose customers in future. If the vendors are not supporting/ or if a customer is not comfortable with irritating vendor, hotel should have back-ups in place. 2. Hotel should keep options rather than give monopoly to the undeserving. 3. Hotel allow customers to choose their vendors if they're unable to cater.

Its on the highway, has a good ample car parking. This is the only advantage, rest all hopeless. No service nothing. For this kind of sevice the charges are too high which is not acceptable.
