DHARANI RESIDENCY

They have cosy little rooms. The rooms were neat and clean. The location may not be great. The parking was a problem as they can accolade very few cars.

We were group of 22 people with almost ladies first day was ok they send pics of thier large rooms that are only 2-3 all other they give us really small rooms moreover during time of check out thier manager was so rude arrogant with ladies switch off the lights off the lift ladies were in lift all other scared and screaming he locked one member in washroom manager locked the door he feared the ladies to call bouncers all old ladies take thier luggage from stairs Manager was doing bad actions to ladies after that we all went to another hotel and stayed there bcoz we were goito another hotel as it was very difficult to adjust in such small rooms After returning home i called the owner and said we will post real negative rewiews on google the owner seems to well educated and felt really sorry for such incident that he doesn't know anything about this he also said that after 2 days that day time manager was also arrogant with another customer so he was already fired from job and said that we must had called that day to him and had told full incident he was kind he had even send the sorry message also to us

Some rooms not even have windows for ventilation. Price are high as affordable, not for everyone. No exception on bill payment I never had face this problem. Only 2 room boys to serve.

Bad behaviour. Commitment failure.

It's a really nice place to stay for family ,very good staff and maintenance is pretty clean ,thanks for the management and continue the good work

Its a nice place to stay the rooms are big compared to other hotels. & room cleaning is very well maintained good
