The hotel is good. The front desk is very helpful. However, I had an issue with the booking which I did through Cleartrip. When I wanted to check in, the Hotel said that they did not confirm the booking. I had to wait for about 2 hrs to sort the issue out between the Cleartrip.Com and the hotel. However, the matter was eventually settled and I stayed there for a night. Overall, the experience with the hotel was good with clean and well furnished rooms and helpful staff.

A very good and comfortable hotel in Ongole. Due to a mechanical issue with my motorcycle I stayed for over two weeks. The staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay The rooms were clean and serviced daily. I've been traveling extensively throughout India for 5 months and this was one of the better hotels I've stayed at. I can happily recommend this hotel as good value in Ongole. Would be happy to stay again if I were ever back that way.

They treats us as VIP, I have seen the Room is very clean and they provide TV, AC and many more. I feel like very pleasant weather. Thank you Comfort inn.

The Rooms were quite good. Stayed there for 2 days. Bit costly for that kind of room but okay. About service:- service people are very good within 1 min they will come to the room for the service. But I personally had one issue with the service. If I ordered tea or food I need to pay the amount right away, even if you ordered anything in the room. As they say they don't have a restaurant inside the hotel. But they should at least not ask for money before ordering.

When we ordered food, the hotel had to buy it from a nearby hotel and deliver it to us. This reflects a lack of seamless service and could be inconvenient for guests, especially during late hours. Overall, while the hotel offers basic accommodation, these drawbacks affect the overall experience, making it less ideal for families seeking a hassle-free stay.

We booked deluxe room but due to AC wasn't working they shifted us to executive room which was smaller. Overall, room was neat n clean and staff was helpful. They did refund us the balance amount.

I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn Ongole. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making the experience even better.
