A Grand Hotel

I had a sudden plan to visit ongole. This was a great hotel to stay for that price. Washrooms and room service are great. The hotel made my family stay easy while carrying a 1 yr baby.

Only the name of Hotels seems like rich, whereas amenities of hotel are pathetic. The staff does not aware about hotel services, they don't know how to treat the customer. Staff is having communication problem which shows their ridiculous approach towards customer. They have not even provided bath towel, dental kit, chair and none of the remotes are working. After deepest request they provided towel which shall not be used by humans. Phone doesn't not work. Not worth to pay 2000/- for one night, May be Oyo rooms are better then this I guess

Only car parking issues, otherwise it's excellent hotel in ongole, due to this town parking lot should set

Not worth the amount, paid 2825 for super deluxe single occupancy with complementary breakfast (not good quality), only the location is good

A Grand Hotel is beside Sai Saroj Mayuri Theatre. It contain only AC rooms Single, Couple and suit rooms. I took Single AC room for one day. They charge 1564 rupees per day for single AC rooms. They offer compliment Breakfast and offer free half litre water bottle daily. TV connection is also available

Good Hospitality, service was nice, Near all facilities. Rooms are spacious and hygienic, Management doing wake up calls for breakfast. Worthy stay

I have to say,i enjoyed every single bite of mean in A grand hotel . The price is reasonable.there was also plenty of room for bigger groups.hospitable hosts, delicious dishes. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.
