Pathetic Experience - 0 star for service, cleanliness and arrogance staff . We were travelling to Bangalore and was looking to stay overnight to rest. Found this 88thugs hotel just adjacent to NH16, so booked a AC room for 3 adults in the morning. When we reached there at 10pm we were told no room AC room available. They provided a two NON AC rooms with no cleaning. Bathroom were used and dirty. Dustbin was full. Bedsheet were not changed. Small insects all over the room. So we complained to the stuff and he said no cleaning person available at night and the cleaning will be done in the morning. When we requested to clean it as we were only staying overnight and he denied it with arrogance and didn't refunded the amount. Sadly we were forced to stay there with out sleep. Highly not recommended.

Had no other place available, so had to stay here. Avoid if possibly and this place has many options nearby. I'm editing this after reply from the owner. These are the issues I faced.... AC is not working. Switched off multiple times. Maybe generator facility is not available. Hot water not available. Geyser not working. We were not able to switch on the TV. No remote. It is not a major issue for me Washroom is dirty. At the time of check-in all above things were supposedly available. Hope that helps!!!!!!! And who told you I had Free Internet. You too used the same Internet to post the reply. Your reply says a lot about you and what would have happened if we had raised issues.

Rooms are decently maintained, though not very big, but are clean and bathrooms are also clean. They don't give any service, not even water bottle. But this is good place to stay if you are passing by Ongole and just stay over night.

The rooms are very spacious but no proper maintenance. Dirty bed sheet, noisy fan, no proper lighting, leakage through AC & it automatically turns off and won't ON again, and even the guys in the hotel don't know when lift works and not.

Worst place to have Mandi. No staff to serve customers. We have ordered chicken wings Mandi. It was served after a wait time of 30+ minutes, mandi rice was served first and after 15 minutes chicken wings were brought. Both of them were very poor in taste. Overall aweful experience. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Worst! Worst! Experience I had in recent times. I went there to try mandi with lots of expectations I had in past. I waited for more than 30mins later I got the order. It was cold so I asked them to make it hot but again same issue. Chicken was not fresh, taste and serving was pathetic. Poor management.

Just OK, not a single customer was around when we entered. Taste was kind of okay, but could improve a lot better. Highway customers can definitely do visit it. Location also wasn't updated properly, google seems to be showing two different locations and one seems to be marked at a very absurd location.
