VR Grand Inn

I have pre-booked two rooms (1 month before my stay) for my family and paid advance. But, on the day of my family's arrival they gave us 2 different rooms which are on two different floors. And when I asked they said that many people came for rooms recently so they have allotted my pre-booked rooms to them who came just a day before. They said it without even a sorry!! So, the one who booked long ago is a fool? I was so mad, I thought not to pay the rest amount but that would not be good, so I silently paid the money and writing my review now.

We stayed for a night with family. Had a comfortable and pleasant experience Mr.Kumar at reception and the Office boy -Mr.Bharat were very supportive.

The price charged outside was higher than the one quoted on agoda and they say they will not honour online booking because it's less for them.

Good hotel in nellore , rooms are clean and spacious, checkin was smooth and hotel is on main road

Friendly Staff, clean and Tidy Room though a little warm(was resolved), Decent Food & Handy location. I would definitely use Again
