I had an excellent stay at the hotel with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff were polite, and the service was quick and professional. The food quality was great with a good variety. The hotel manager was very good and ensured everything was smooth and comfortable.

We have stayed here multiple times over the past two years. The service and food were always good, and we really enjoyed the taste and experience. However, in the last two months, we visited twice, and unfortunately, both times were disappointing. The service was very poor, the food quality has dropped significantly, and the overall restaurant experience was not up to the mark. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality again.

Very good hospitality. People were very good and friendly. Food was excellent too. Left no place for disappointment.

My over-all Experience was Good, This is my second visit here , Check-In was too Fast and in house restaurant room service was too Good and Food was tooo Good and Mainly the breakfast we opted along with the stay along with the booking it's too yum I will rate 4.5/5 and the staff in the Restaurant was so friendly and they will serve as much as we need very patiently, Great deal and Great time

I stayed here for one day on Feb 9th, 2025. Excellent hotel in all respects. Especially the room boys are so nice and courteous. Very prompt in attending to any of the customers' problems. The restaurant service is also top class. Very prompt and courteous service. Food is also generally very good. Overall this Hotel deserves good patronage by all the tourists and locals alike. I recently had a highly disappointing stay at this property. From the moment I checked in, the experience was subpar. The room was unclean and foul-smelling, with cleaning only starting after my arrival--and even then, it was done poorly and incompletely. Shortly after check-in, the AC began leaking. When I called for assistance, the technician removed the AC mesh and disappeared for over 40 minutes, leaving me to endure an unbearable smell. I requested a room change, but the new room's AC was partially-functional. I was sweating. Exhausted and frustrated, I decided not to request another change. The next day, while I was out, room service entered my room without my permission, which is a serious violation of privacy. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi did not work, calls to the front desk were rarely answered, and my room key stopped functioning. Despite multiple attempts to get help, no solution was provided. I eventually had to approach someone on another floor, who unlocked my room with a different key--one I was not given. This stay was a complete letdown, with multiple failures in cleanliness, functionality, and basic hospitality standards. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient....The room amenities were nicely done......spacious, and very comfortable for staying ....
