OYO Flagship 60395 Rk Residency

Hi guys don't book in Oyo this residence is good but they not linked vth Oyo , I have a experience in February 3 Rd 2025 I booked this hotel and I paid through online 1500 Rs . When I reached the location they told to me this is not Oyo hotel nd that 60395 is 8 km distance to that location I called Oyo couatmar care no use they didn't respond and I lost 1500 Rs and I pay extra amount like 8k to rk residence so be aware of this Oyo fraud guys .

Cleaned rooms found, out of the city centre but nice to stay here single room and double room both are cleaned room

I was recently stayed for one day and room was very neet good maintenance. But little long distance to city.

Very clean and best for business stay

It is located 5kms away from RTC Bus Stand and is located city outskirts. Horrible with zero safety standards. They don't even have a proper window curtains. I had to live for one night in a helpless state. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Staff is more worried about for what amount we have got the booking done on travel portal. Zero customer service nor they are trained.

The rooms r well maintained the ambiance is really good ppl who got to Nellore bara shaheed dargha can stay at this place it's affordable too

Poor service, I don't know how does get such a hotel 4star. Bedsheets seemed like old one, not fresh. TV was not working, Curtains were not covering windows. No hand wash, no soap in bathroom.( I went to reception personally to get soap). Dirty bathroom. Nobody attended reception phone. No water heater available. Overall pathetic conditions....

Rk residency is located in very peacefull location with all facilities .it is located near Narayana hospital .coming to rk residency it is a nice place and response of the staff is also good and also manager is providing customer friendly facilities and maintenance is also very and every one can go and stay there without doubt .
