Kings Court Guest Inn

If you stay for couple days the potable water bill will exceed food bill. This is unfair to charge guests @Rs25/litre of water. I strongly advise that the management soon install a R O water dispenser at reception point so that guests can refill free. Water shall not be a profit channel for such a great facility

I booked Kings court Hotel for my siblings, and their experience was very disappointing. The staff was rude, the hygiene standards were poor, and there was no hot water. The bathroom was in bad condition, and overall amenities were subpar. Additionally, there is no parking available, which added to the inconvenience. Despite the positive reviews online, this hotel did not meet our expectations. I would not recommend staying here.

I am sharing this review after my bad experience at this hotel, room at this hotel is good but many cockroaches were seen in room, I think they are not doing pest control. Service is bad, no one will be there at reception, when you want something then u have to look for receptionist. I got delayed while checking out as no one was available at reception.

Located in a prime location with lots of restaurants and shopping malls. Its typical guest house type with no proper service. Breakfast will be provided from outside which is just ok. No dedicated parking available. AC made a lot of noise but was working fine. Over price and can be better.

Nice hotel in fairly less crowded place. Clean rooms with all basic amenities available, including toiletries. Friendly staff. Open car parking, its limited, but there is place on the road. Unless you get good deal/discount, pricing slightly on the higher side. However you get complimentary breakfast. Lots of good restaurants near by. The thing I didn't like was the spring bed in one of the room had issues and sound acoustics, the TV sound from the reception desk was annoying. Otherwise fine, our overall stay was good.

Good location, hotel is in the second floor, cleaned room. TV, free Wi-Fi available in the room, Telephone and Fridge not available. Water heater available in the washroom. Got complementary breakfast in the room.

The rooms were good and decent. The staff was polite and accommodating. The only issue I've seen is with the maintenance of the place. A little more attention to cleanliness would definitely help. The place is also in a locality with a lot of dining options

The pleasant aroma of (may be incense) calmed me as I entered the premises. Very clean and well maintained property. I found this property online but could finalize for a great deal. This was the 3rd of the 7 properties I was checking in Nellore but finalized without visiting other places and stayed here for as long as I was in Nellore as I was very impressed with the premises as well as staff (Mr. Obulu and his team) . It is located in a very nice locality with great restaurants within a 100m radius. Ample space for parking in a serene locality/neighborhood is another advantage here.
