Hotel Tejaswini Grand

I happened to visit this restaurant for dinner on the way back from a movie. As we arrived, the security guard guided us to park our vehicle on the roadside--possibly because the main parking area was full. The restaurant's exterior looked quite appealing, and the ambience inside was also pleasant and tastefully done. However, the dining experience left much to be desired. The staff strength seemed inadequate for the number of guests. Though our order was taken promptly, the food was served only after a wait of around 30 minutes. Some dishes tasted good, but the chicken curry we ordered had undercooked pieces, which was disappointing. One of the most surprising aspects was spotting mouse traps placed openly at both corners near our seating area. This raised hygiene concerns, especially in a place where food is being served. Another observation was regarding the staff: while a female captain appeared to be the only one actively coordinating orders and assisting customers, the two male staff members seemed disengaged, sitting without much involvement. Overall, while the restaurant scores well on ambience and location, it needs to significantly improve its service speed, food quality, and especially hygiene practices. A better-trained and more active staff presence could also enhance the customer experience. Would I visit again? Only if I hear about improvements in their operations. The potential is definitely there, but attention to detail and consistency is key for a better dining experience.

The rooms are absolutely spot on, the service is not up to the mark, few instances below: 1. I ordered noodles and was shocked to see salan and raita served with it instead of sauce 2. Fresh lime soda sweet and salt and this blew my mind with nothing in it neither sweet nor salt 3. At the time of check-out when supporting bills were asked the response was just not right You better correct these or you're going nowhere.

Apart from the size of rooms, i wouldn't recommend this place for staying. Most rooms have been used by smokers and got pretty strong smell. Later in the night, there was a bat, yes, a flying bat sneaked into the room and then had to change the room. Apparently, guests earlier had left windows not fully closed and the service staff hadn't noticed at all while cleaning. Service isn't good too, had to wait for cleaning to be completed after check in, even though the rooms were pre booked. Issues with plumbing too as the water was in brown color, maybe that was a one off. So, if you just need a room near by wedding halls and crash after getting drunk in the bar upstairs then this might be ok. But don't go there expecting a great stay experience. And definitely not for the prices charged. Breakfast is better at the restaurant opp than the ones provided at buffet.

I recently hosted an event at Tejeswini Grand Banquet Hall but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Starting with the hospitality, it was seriously lacking. There was no supporting staff to guide or assist us during the function, leaving us to manage everything on our own. The air conditioning was in poor condition, making the hall uncomfortably warm, and the lighting was inadequate, giving the space a dull and poorly maintained appearance. We faced significant delays in food service, and shockingly, despite paying for an unlimited buffet, they seemed to intentionally hold back food unless a family member was present at the counter to monitor. This felt like outright cheating and mismanagement. Another major letdown was their decor partner, Swastik Events. We were charged an exorbitant amount (over 40,000) for decoration that wasn't even worth 10,000. The decor was subpar, lacking creativity and quality, and certainly didn't justify the price. I strongly recommend that the management terminate their partnership with Swastik Events, as they are not accountable and professional. The only saving grace was the taste of the food, which was genuinely exceptional. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, and that's the only aspect that deserves appreciation. Overall, I would not recommend Tejeswini Grand for important functions unless these issues are seriously addressed. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively to improve their services.

Today we went there for lunch and ordered veg manchow soup, veg paneer special biryani. The manchow soup was served without manchow and we asked for it they brought stale manchow which had bad odour. When complained the people were not responsive. Finally they served fresh ones. There wasn't cutlery on the table and with the biryani they didn't serve raita or gravy. For everything we had to ask and the serving was very late. For the money we are paying we get stale food. I'm definitely not going to recommend this restaurant.

I visited so many places and stayed in many hotels but this is one of the best hotels that I stayed.Everything was nice and perfect.Responses are very fast.House keeping staff are also very nice.srinivas is the supervisor of the housekeeping and his response was superb . If you planning to stay on a best hotel in Nellore,this is the best one for you
