Hotel Southern Suites Nellore

I stayed last night after seeing online reviews but it's horrible for my family..zero service Rude behaviour and staff was also very rude..there is no water in washroom..they made banquet hall to convert in three room with no privacy no intercom facility..that rooms made by cardboard..there is no regret whole staffs face..my genuine review for this hotel.. please stay on road or in ur car but don't stayed in cardboard room or so called hotel.. I wish I could give less then one star.. Don't waste ur money..it's over price Worst hotel experience in my life

Way overpriced for the room we got. The bed linens were dirty, and there wasn't even toilet paper. No parking space. The only good things? It's close to the highway, perfect for a quick stop on a road trip.

Nice Place to Stay and Clean Rooms Good Ambience and Staff were too cooperative

Comfy and close to everything Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby ... The staff was also kind and helpful with anything with understanding language, so there were no miscommunication issues

No proper service no room service too owner was soo much commercial always remembering hourly pay inspite of providing poor service i think all the 5 star rating is done by management lots of spelling, Grammatical mistakes the genuine review is 1 star rating which are provided by some customers who visited and gave their review on own other reviews are from management they are taking otp and giving review on their own with typo errors and very bad Englipish....

It was a nice stay and we enjoyed it a lot with my family. Thanks to Southern Suits management.

The rooms are good, service is okay, but after checkout, they called asking for an OTP to access my account and give themselves a 5-star rating.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed". The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them. Our room smelt of raw sewage and no hot water and number of Cockroachs in the room...one star review waste of this hotel...
