Hotel Minerva Grand Nellore #Bluefox Restaurent # ON The Rocks Bar#

We were two adults and a kid, and had a great stay at Minerva Grand in Nellore. The room was super clean and well-maintained. Staff were courteous and always helpful. We had all our meals at the Blue Fox Restaurant and really enjoyed the ambiance and food presentation. This was my second stay, and I'd happily rate it 10/10. Minerva Grand is a great place to rest for anyone traveling along NH16, especially if you're on the road for more than a day.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how exceptionally well the property is maintained. The entire staff, right from the front desk to housekeeping, was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The food deserves a special mention--whether it was the in-room dining or meals at the restaurant, everything was finger-licking good! The variety and quality of the dishes exceeded our expectations, leaving us wanting more. The rooms and washrooms were spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort. It was such a pleasure to stay in such a pristine and comfortable environment. Overall, our experience at the hotel was unsatisfactory and disappointing. During our first visit, we were very pleased with the accommodations. However, the food was expensive, particularly the cost of eggs and milk, which ranged from 100 to 200. Additionally, there was a service charge with GST that amounted to approximately 1,000. Despite these factors, we had a positive experience. On our first visit, we inadvertently left one of our items in the room. Upon realizing this, we promptly contacted the hotel and requested that they locate the item. Fortunately, they were able to find the item and informed us that they would keep it safe for us to retrieve. Once again we opted same hotel and we inquired about the item that we had forgotten on our previous visit, but we were surprised to learn that no one had any information about it. The individual who had previously informed us that the item had been found was also unaware of its whereabouts. Furthermore, we had to wait approximately 30-40 minutes to check in, which was inconvenient, especially since we had a child with us. Regarding the item we were discussing, we requested that the hotel check it once again. However, despite our repeated inquiries, the hotel staff was unable to provide any clarity on the item's whereabouts. We have since inquired about this matter on multiple occasions, but the hotel staff has consistently stated that they are checking on the item. However, when we checked out the next day, we were still unable to obtain any information about the item. As a result of these issues, we were forced to leave the hotel without the item. Prior to departing, we reiterated our request for them to conduct a thorough search and promptly contact us. However, despite our efforts, we have not received any response from them within the past three days. Overall, these factors caused us significant frustration and led us to feel that we had wasted our money by staying here. They lost their trust, and we strongly advise anyone planning to stay at this hotel to be aware of these potential issues.

Loved our stay here. The rooms are neat and the staff is excellent. As a solo women traveller I felt safe, welcomed and taken good care of.

Terrible experience in this room! The AC was broken, and water leaked onto the bed, making it uninhabitable. I hope the management takes immediate action to fix these issues and improve the overall quality of the room.

I am just giving about the food only. It is not that bad or good but ok. For me the food should be very very delicious so I am some dissatisfaction.

its the best place in Nellore! the service was excellent and they provided good hospitality. The waiters are good at they're jobs and they are kind and quite understanding its the best place to stay in Nellore! this is the place worth to stay for a vacation or other reasons. Excellent hotel!

I stayed with my family for 3 nights. Breakfast has majority of south Indian items like dosa, idli, vada etc very tasty food. The room is good size, but it smells drainage smell from bathroom. The bed lines not replaced and had marks. Towels also had marks and didn't look fresh. Inconsistent service. The room also looks dated and not even english movie channel in TV.
