I visited this hotel last week, except for the location nothing is good here. Bathroom doors are not working properly, the room is filled with mosquitos and they provide mosquito refills. The staff is not friendly. Poor maintenance.

Rooms are not tidy (may be my room). Led lights in washrooms are not working properly Very near' to busstand and railway station Near to highway Free wifi available Parking for multiple cars is a problem. Given with good linen, towels AC is not working properly

Rooms were near and clean. Good maintenance. Service is not that great.

The hotel is very near to NH16. It is cleaned. Elevator is available. Ample parking space available just beside the hotel. No restaurant is there in the hotel, but food available nearby. 24 hrs hot running water available. Overall good hotel.

The maintainence staff should have been proactive in cleaning the room and changing the bed sheets on a daily basis, even the bathroom mats.

We booked studio room which is clean and neat however washroom requires maintenance.. just 1 km from NH 16 and ample car parking available.. there are few decent restaurants available in the surroundings..

I was saying in the hotel room, the only place for mosquitos and in room have AC actually it's called heater and the fan is perfect placed In corner and u guys are must visit room and irritate ur self

We have booked the party hall for a family get together. The wall behind the stage was pretty bad, with patches on the walls and not painted properly. They have not even offered to cover the wall and when we tried to stick some balloons to the wall, they came saying the wall paint will be spoiled. Later, when the arrangements were being made for lunch, the same person came and objected to keep the water in the party hall, stating it is not allowe which we found very illogical. We had to assure him nothing would happen. Later when clearing the bill, they have started asking more for cleaning charges, which was already stated at the time of booking all the charges are included. The attitude of the person in-charge there is not good at all and he seemed like demanding and threatening us at the time. Finally when we had to call the management about it, his response was like as if he has done a great favor for us for not charging the extra made up charges. The location is good, the facilities are good. But, nothing is good without good management. Would definitely not recommend this place ever.
