Hotel Reception is very good humble and well mannered. Guest friendly Hotel. Room Maintenance and Service are very Good. Check inn and check out process is very fast. Receptionist is very Good in explaining the things and she do a very fast and smooth check inn and check out. Good Staff. Will definitely come here in my next visit to kakinada. Thank you

Lovely hotel, very clean, relaxing spa music is played as you're entering and exiting the lift. The rooms are absolutely spotless and the bathroom facilities are clean and up to date. The AC unit cools the entire room down until it's bone cold, which is needed in such a humid climate which I'm not used to as a Brit. Only fault is it's tricky going into the hotel because outside the entrance there's lots of mud and bricks in the way and the TV's don't have any remotes so you can't turn them on and flick through the channels.

Good rooms with best location, rooms are so neat and clean,service is good , restaurant are nearby ,parking is available for big vechiles
