As far as I experienced with this hotel, this is the best place to stay with family and friends. Room service and cleanliness of the rooms is very good and free parking facility also available . you can find the best restaurant near by to this hotel and function halls and most importantly you can have the access to transport at any point of time from this place.

We booked a room in advance by paying 50% of the room tariff and informed in advance about cancellation and the management refused to refund the amount and was asking to pay the balance amount. In their Website it's clearly mentioned Free Cancellation Only. Do not believe on this hotel and make any advance payment.

On 23rd visited this kakatiya grand, very nice stay, clean rooms , neat atmosphere, respectful staff , quick response. Prime location. Thanks to staff for your support in new place.
