Cramped rooms. Housekeeping staff not helpful. Mosquitoes in the rooms. Linen and toiletries not up to the mark.

Owner is suffering from diabetes, usually with diabetes they cannot control anything, sadly you are not allowed to stay even 1min after your checkout time, rooms everything were good, but room service they wont lift your phone, and the people were bit arrogant it seems, but rooms were A class, and also you must fall under 6 ft above category or pls carry your own ladder; everything was on top of everest, geyser, toilet, room lock etcc..

"I stayed at Dinesh Grand Narasaraopeta from 16th to 17th September 2024, and the experience was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, I used the towel provided, which had a bad odor. There was no water bottle, dental kit, kettle, or room service, and the ventilation was poor. I booked the room through MakeMyTrip for 2700 (including taxes), but I found the price unjustified for the service provided. The hotel didn't even offer basic amenities like water for guests at check-in, and it seems they feel providing a room at this price is a big deal. They don't have sufficient staff to maintain the property properly. If you're planning a stay in Narasaraopeta, I seriously recommend avoiding this hotel--it's not worth the money. There are better options nearby. The washroom was unclean and the hotel overall needs significant improvement. I'm sharing this review to help others avoid wasting their money on such a poor experience."

Room is small just sufficient for 2 persons. Putting extra bed is very difficult. No sufficient place within room. Room is neat and well maintained. No food or tea available within the building. No parking for vehicle. It is located on main road. Difficult for vehicle parking. Room rent is slightly on higher side.
