Well maintained. Spacious rooms. Courteous staff. Front office staff were very helpful. Flavours restaurant offered good food.They took time to serve. But worth waiting as the dishes were very good. Complimentary breakfast had good spread except for munchies like tea cakes or muffins

Best hotel in Nandyal. Rooms are excellent. Safes are there in the rooms. Nicely maintained hotel. The restaurant is on the ground floor. Breakfast is complimentary . South Indian lunch will not be available in the restaurant. Chinese and north indian dishes available during lunch and dinner. Located on the main road itself.

Most of our team friends complaint that their rooms were not kept toilet kits, towel & refreshment items completely. For me, towels, tea cups and toilet kits were not provide completely. Even after complaining at receptionist no action for morethan 45 minutes from 2130 hrs to 2220 hrs. After I directly called house keeping , requirements were provided.

Room service is terribly bad. Need to follow up by repeated reminders to get your order serviced.

Best place to stay in nandyal....rooms are very spacious....well maintined....they hav there own car parking...complimentry bf was gud.....food is gud sply chicken items

Good rooms to stay with family but restaurants is not that level....they need to improve service & items.
