BALA'S MP RESIDENCY

Congested rooms, price high, no room service,no parking place, lots of noise being on the road side, don't stay, in this town,other hotels are worse than this one.

I never seen this type of worst behavior of Reception person. Yesterday I have never staid & today morning 6.40 a.m I have check out room. Yesterday evening 2 times I have requested him for Bed sheet , he didn't provided. Today Morning just 20 min(Check out time 6.40 a.m) delay also he has charged 2nd day amount. Due to Ayyappa Puja i was delay 20 min. I have informed him yesterday evening itself please consider me 30 min grace time. But today he has changed 2days rent & he has given 1 day room rent bill only. Dear MP Residency proprietor please note this & 2002 onwards I am working Marketing fild & I am traveling 2 Telugu stats. This type of worst behavior I never seen. Please take respond regarding this issue.

It was a good experience and Staff was very friendly..!

We had taken 2 rooms of triple bed each . It was ok ok type . Rooms were small & a bit conjusted . No cubboards . Neat & clean bathrooms. They charged 1600rs for each room.

Really nicely they provided the best and especially that reception Mr Narasimha anf boy Mr Kishore done really well...

Room was very clean and decent looking with all amenities and it is in prime location. Staff also polite and friendly
