Disappointing Stay at OYO Capital Hotel and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The room itself had an unpleasant odor, making it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, the bed and pillows were mold-infested, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, the bathroom was in an unhygienic condition, further emphasizing a lack of maintenance and care. Overall, my stay was uncomfortable and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and pleasant environment.

Terrible Experience at Sri Capital recidency Vijayawada - Beware of Billing Scam and Rude Staff I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at Sri Capital Hotel in Vijayawada. Initially, I was told a certain amount for the room, but during checkout, the staff demanded more money than agreed. When I questioned the discrepancy, they were extremely rude and even resorted to verbal abuse, which is completely unacceptable. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expected transparency and courtesy--both of which were completely lacking. I strongly advise others to double-check all charges and get everything in writing if you decide to stay here, though I personally would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the worst experience. Blankets were not clean. Lot of noise coming from other buildings. They don't even try to resolve the problem. I didn't have proper sleep. Beds were too bouncy. No water, no dinner nothing, location is also absurd.

Not that much good as shown in picture, in goibibo and other websites it showing many services and availabilities but there no any kind of services as they mentioned , small rooms , poor service, staff also not that much polite , price is too high , with that price lot of very good options are there nearby.
