MADHAVI GRAND - INN

I booked this hotel based on Google reviews but this place is completely different. First of all this place seems to be one star lodge for marriage event not a hotel, be careful if you are checking in late bcz reception is on third floor and lift is completely dark without any light, there is no notice board if anyone checking in first time in the night. Hotel rooms are not cleaned, you can find pest moving all around. Water is borewell and very hard, my room intercom was not working, toilet flush was not working properly etc etc ... Only good things hotel staff cooperative, nobody understands english and a few people understand basic hindi.

Rooms are very neat....we didn't expect such rooms in that town

We went for wedding function recently, there the function hall is good with different structure of construction. Location is good in transport, but function hall does not have proper parking place to park the vehicle of visitors . Service wise maid who work in that function hall were not properly responding. Service wise they need to improve a lot and also need to provide proper parking place.

Worst Hotel to stay with family. We had a small 6 month old child with us and this manager guy lighted bidi . Behaviour worst. They won't give you bill No water bottles. Dirty room.

The place is ok . Rooms are big . But the cleaning in bathroom is missing . No food so you will have to order via the person who is in the hotel or go out to have it . 1500per night . Choose other hotel if available

Hotel desk person not polite. Not ready to share information on basic aminities provided. I requested details on categories of rooms available and what is the difference between them. The person kept on insisting that for single occupancy small room is okay without taking into consideration that I was willing to pay higher for bigger room. I would steer clear of such places, who cannot understand basic attiquettes of phone conversation.
