The resort is very good. A little fast off into the forest. Rooms are clean and camp for was good. The stream say the back of the rooms was good. Spend atleast 2 nights here to enjoy the place.

Hello all, We stayed at this property recently and we had a very pleasant stay. Let me elaborate my review point wise below: 1) Tariff: We were 8 members and took 4 huts. They charged 2500 per hut even in the peak season and gave some discount upon our request. The other resorts in the same are charging no less than 3k per 2persons. 2) Location : The property is 2.5KM away from the Maredumilli center which is more strategic than most famed resorts which are 10KM away from the location. 3) Amenities : The huts had attached western washroom, Geyser, King size bed(can accommodate 3 adults) and a separate single cot for keeping luggage or even accommodates the children/4th adult. The rooms are fairly spacious and the linen provided is also of decent quality. Each hut has a small dedicated sit-out portico with 2 chairs and a table. There is ample car parking space. There is no dedicated restaurant in the premises but the care taker's family prepares food based upon our request. There is only family that caters to the needs of all the guests and the service will take some time during peak hours with all huts booked. Food taste and quality is decent but some items are surprisingly over priced. For instance we ordered pulkas(25) and chicken curry for 4 adults and aloe curry for the other 4. They charged 350/- for 1/2 kg chicken curry preparation and 500/- for potato curry (20 rupees/pulka charged on all 25). Campfire is provided at 250/- which is reasonable. They will get food item from outside based on our request and also arranges tour operators for the nearby visits. ( We visited Chavadikota view point - Dumpavalasa Falls - Sokuleru Vaagu Iron bridge as the Guidsa Grassland is closed). Rooms are decently maintained and the overall neatness can be improved a bit. 4) Location USP: The property is nestled in a Citron fruit orchard with hill view all around. One who wants to break the busy Hussle of the city life will surely love the place, and the property also has a natural water stream running inside with low depth and pristinely fresh water. One can have a relaxed dip and the kids will surely love it. 5) Owners : The property owners stays in a far off place but are very courteous and responds to us very politely. They even guided us to the property over phone call as the Google Maps misleads and even informed the same to the caretaker to wait at the road point to receive us. 6) Scope for Improvement : Dear @Property Owner, please arrange dustbins and mirrors in all the huts as some are having and some don't as they are basic amenities and travelers would like to have them handy during their stay. Further, please arrange toiletries and bath linen or at least inform the same in advance so that the same can be planned accordingly from our end. Overall we loved the place and surely would like to visit again to make more memories.

We stayed here recently. We were a group of 4 friends. We had to take only 1 hut as every other hut was already booked as it was peak time & also it was a long weekend. It was sufficient enough for 4 people. Although it was peak season, the price was 2,500/- for 1 hut, which was great. Other resorts which are so far away from the Maredumilli center were charging so high. Whereas, this Manyam resorts is very close to the Maredumilli center. It's just around 2 km from the center which was great, as we could find many restaurants & shops there. Our room had 1 king size bed & 1 single bed. There was a small portico in front of the hut with a small table & chairs. The bathroom had a western toilet & geyser was available too. The linen provided was decent enough. The location of this resorts is so peaceful & situated in the middle of the forest. There's also a small water source connected to this resort with a great view. After sunset we can ask them to provide us with a campfire. They charge 250/- for it. They last for about an hour. We can even ask for more wood for extra 250/-, if required. We can order food from the in-house kitchen. They will only prepare the food freshly after making an order. So we have to order an hour before. They charge 700/- for 1 kg chicken curry. 20/- for 1 pulka. Soft drinks were also available at 30/- extra on MRP. We felt they were so pricey. So we brought the food from the nearby restaurant, which was just 1.8 km away. The owner of this resort was very generous & polite. He also guided us to this resort on phone call, as the google maps route wasn't accurate. Overall, we enjoyed the stay here. It's away from the busy city life. So beautiful & so calm. The sky was so beautiful at night time. Would definitely recommend this. Only one disappointment was that the bathroom could have been more cleaner. Other than that, everything was so great!

One good thing about these resorts is that they have a private water source kind of thing,that gives us the feel of private falls. The rooms are good enough,but the facilities are not,one of our rooms didn't have the geezer working,and water coming out from the pipes is sandy and not clean. The service of firewood is not fair,they said it would be for 1hr on fire and took 200,it's barely 30min,so he asked to pay other 200.This thing needs to be checked.And from the main road to enter the resort there will be 2Km forest road,this can be difficult to travel at night.

Good place to spend a day away from concrete jungle
