VKC GRAND LODGE

Looks like this hotel is now completely renovated very recently with quality interiors, fittings, AC etc.,. It's now as good as any 3 star hotel with respect to fire fighting systems and Rooms. We were 3 families went together and stayed here on 1st Feb 25, had taken 4 Rooms and we were extremely satisfied with the services provided by the staff. Owner Mr.Prahlad is very kind and available in the facility to manage guests. Good location, very near to Matt, since it's located inside the lane, not visible from the main road, once you get inside, it has parking for almost 8 four wheelers.

New hotel and hence looks neat and clean. Rooms are extremely small. No toiletries provided. Extra pillows or bedsheets not given. The staff and owner don't care about customer service. They simply decline for every request. It's close to temple but in a very cramped place with small road. Proper parking space not available. The workers are there only if you pay them. The price is exorbitant for the room size and service. Will get many other options there.

Had a wonderful stay. Neat and hygienic rooms. Staff response was also prompt and pleasant. Overall highly recommend hotel for stay.

Very compact room, uncleaned bedspread, it got all brown stains over it. Over priced, charged 4.5k just for morning 5:30 to nyt 9pm, not a good option to stay, owner is very rude, he pushes us to go to temple and be there and not to come back to room for relaxation ( feels like he wants to save electricity). When we asked for tv service, he told anyways you are checking out in 1.5 hours, why you want to watch it like that. Felt really bad

Even after sharing all medical bills and raising an escalation we have not been given an acceptable resolution. With enrolling such kind of Properties MakeMyTrip is losing it customer, Even the property response was very rude when we requested for refund. Is this MakeMyTrip's commitment to customer, if possible those type of properties should be not be in MakeMyTrip.

Staff is very good rooms are good but owner has too much of attitude and has horrible behaviour. Very rude. Irrespective of services that they provide owner should learn some hospitality. Which is very important.

Nice place to stay.very cooperative staff and very good and clean rooms

its a nice hotel and very near to mata. we stayed there for one day with my family. you can opt for this when you visit mantralaya. I booked three sharing rooms and especially room no 602 is so spacious and gives a nice view of mata when you look from windows and mainly the owner of this hotel is so humble.
