The Room's were all good except the Bathroom, it has to be more clean rest is all good about the Room's , location and service and Near to Bypass crossing from Vijayawada to Guntur via mangalagiri

Somehow reading reviews, and experiencing the hotel and the cost did not match. Even for a village standard, hotel rooms did not meet the expectation. Cleanliness, services are below 2 rating. Room : 201 Drainage smell was there inside, beds were smelling, bed sheets are having stains. Traffic sounds were high during nights. Bathrooms and bucket are scaling & soiled, not clean. Some comments mentioned food and geyser facility, but those are not available. Good points are that the staff are friendly and responsive.

Worst staff behaviour, cost is too much, at least management should take care of their staff and replace that rude people could be helpful to the customers. Before paying at least they are not even willing to show the room, and if you ask again they said here are the keys, go and check the room yourself 1800 is not at all worth, specifically staff on May 21st, early Morning around 6 am, having too much arrogance and rudeness. They are not even bothered about loosing business, simply saying if not you somebody will come.

No proper service . Full of Mosquitos and Cockroaches .

Big rooms. Average hygiene. Full of mosquitoes. Un professional and Average service. No water bottle or towels kept in the room. Charged 25 for water.

The room was good but the toilet was not good and they will not provide any towel and bathing soap shampoo.

Neat and spacious rooms with clean and well lit bathrooms. Geysers and AC also working fine.

Very good. Neat and spacious rooms, good service..very nice hospitality. My stay experience with this hotel is memorable.
