VSR Grand

Rooms are good and clean. However the hotel location is worst and not worth the price you are paying. It's in the middle of the town and just in front of main road. There is no sound proofing in the room or windows. You can hear bus and even bike honking in the middle of the night, not even that even if a dog is barking on the street sound can Be heard inside a closed room. You can hear door bell from another room to your room and feel like someone is on your door. Parking is in the middle of garbage and big rodent and monkeys are big threat. Hotel staff is greedy and senseless. No regards to customer request. You have to keep calling them for the same things again and again. I called for extra bed at 7:45 and again reminded them at 8:30 no one turned up so we went to sleep at 10:45 their staff ring the bell and asked did I request for additional bed, mind you it was just an enquiry then also he didn't come with bed and said he was just checking. Pathetic people. They just want tip from you and in return don't provide the service. Food is never ready on time. We had complimentary breakfast which gets ready by 8:30 am which is too late if you are planning to go around so for both days we had to go outside for breakfast. Restaurant inside is congested and gloomy. If possible choose your stay somewhere else on more peaceful place.

Over all rooms are good but money minded people & rude staff. one ugy said he is the owner that owner himself too much hyper. Rather i would suggest to opt another hotel.

It was very hygiene Rooms with well trained staff . People work in the VSR Grand was very friendly and free breakfast. It is situated exactly opposite to Madanpalle Police Station.
