There is ample amount of hot water for bathing. I felt below rooms more spacious and better than upstair rooms. Hotel doesn't have car parking. We've to park in the public pace available before hotel. Hence Car parking not available during day time between 8:30AM-8:30PM because of traffic rules. Staff is polite, they provided whatever they could do.

We stayed here during our visit to horsely hills but all stays in the hill were full because of dussehra season. This place was a pleasant surprise for its price. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The staff is helpful and the manager is also ready for service at any given point of time. It is a great backup stay option if you are on a budget.

This hotel is situated in the market area. We were there to see the Horsey Hills, and as we didn't get rooms in Haritha there, we went for this option.||||The hotel is situated at a distance of around 25KM from the Horsey Hills.||||Coming to the hotel, it is situated just beside the road. There is no parking area. You need to park beside the road. Also the road towards the hotel is one way. So, you need to take a deviation.||||You enter the hotel through a narrow staircase. But the rooms are large enough to accommodate 3 easily. The rooms are neat and maintained. Most of the furniture, TV, AC are new and in well maintained. The bathroom is neat as well. As the rooms are little inside, so the road noise doesnt really disturb you.||||The staffs were polite and eager to help. There is no kitchen or restaurant, but if you order they can get you from nearby restaurants. You will get both veg and non-veg food. ||||Only problem which I noticed was in non-AC rooms, the bathroom ventilation is just netted and towards the corridor. ||||Overall it was a decent stay

Never ever stay at this place with families and kids, one of the worst place. We booked the room by calling the hotel, Sai Prasad (may be manager) spoke nice and gently. We arrived at the hotel around 10PM, the manager was not there, the staff at reception was drunk and was behaving very badly. I called the manager and requested him to come to the hotel and scolded the staff severely and left the place. Very very pathetic place.

Stayed for 1night here. Bathroom mat is dirty & bedsheet was smelling. Door is not locking & unclean room. May not go next time. 500 for single person room.

The two stars are for the only reason that this was the only hotel available that night for stay. The manager tried to make the best of a bad job by charging a hefty amount for a poorly kept 3 bedded room. I would not recommend this place to anyone. neither the other lodges nearby. Overall a very poor experience

It is a nice hotel with spacious rooms. Do not have in house restaurant or food court. However they will arrange on request. No dedicated parking for hotel, can park infront of hotel.

Very very good place to stay. Clean rooms and good service with affordable price. Very good management
