GK Grand Residency

Well connected, quiet and mr uday who manages the place is very helpful and ready to advice if you have any questions. The staff is also respectful. If you speak english as a foreigner connect directly with mr uday.

I had very good experience from the owner of the GK Grand Residence and his team. He was very polite and kind to do all needed assistance here. I surely recommend my friends and other people this place.

Me and my friends went there at such a short notice and still the management were able to provide us the rooms. Rooms were neat and tidy. Staff was very polite and ready to assist always. I would prefer to stay at a same place if i happened to visit the city again. *No unmarried couples are allowed there. *Hotel doesnt have restaurant but the staff will get the food for you from the nearest food joints *If you face water issue inform the staff to turn the water motor.

The lodge is situated in a very congested shopping area. Underground parking is provided but the entry is blocked almost at all times by two wheelers. The rooms are good beds are okay, hot water is available and staff are friendly. Better place to stay. OYO specifications are NOT MET here.

Nice and secured hotel for family accommodation with good amenities and the management has good attitude. Car can go comfortably to parking slot even though the way is steep my car is Hyundai Xcent so no need to scare about it. I will prefer the same hotel for my next visit.

Comparing to the town this is the best option you have got, staff don't give any towel or soap, no phone service or anything even if oyo is there. You are on your own. But the rooms are clean and spacious, bed is comfortable

Neat and Affordable room & Helpful Management Requested for early check in and the management had seen to it. The room is neat and clean and the cost is affordable. Located at one of the centres of the town and we can get all the basic things we wanted. Preferred place of stay in the town.

Check-in process is easy. Both AC and non AC Rooms are available. I stayed in AC room and it was good.rooms were maintained clean. service is average. 1km distance from APSRTC bus-stand. Fre wifi is also available. Hot water and TV facility available.
