Absolutely Wonderful Stay at CNR Residency! I had an amazing experience at CNR Residency! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, courteous, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping - everything was immaculate. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to key attractions, transport, and local eateries. Despite being centrally located, it was peaceful and quiet at night, ensuring a restful sleep. Rooms are sufficient space and lift facility available. Hot water geyser not working. Air conditioner is working good. Hotel needs to concentrate on water saving options.

I visited Madanapalle to attend a wedding and stayed at CNR Residency. It was a great experience! The rooms were clean, and the stay was very comfortable. For the price, the accommodation was excellent--definitely worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I was traveling from Bangalore to Anantapur at night and decided to take a break in Madanapalle before heading to Horsley Hills. I chose CNR Residency because it's right on the route--and it turned out to be a great decision! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent--close to food joints and all the essentials, which is perfect for families. The staff were absolutely excellent--friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more pleasant. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend CNR Residency to anyone visiting or passing through Madanapalle!

Rooms are Ok. Water supply has a major problem. In the morning when you turn on the taps, each and every tap including the wash basin, commode flush tank and toilet hand jet shower delivers only hot water. That is too hot. So you have to be very careful before turning on the toilet shower jet to wash your _____. We had to use our drinking water to wash____. Staff are least bothered about this even though they know the fact.

Great location with good access to Major roads, local amenities, restaurants and Supermarkets. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and keen to make sure that your holiday is great. Overall a great choice as a place to stay for a family holiday.Considering the pandemic; my experience was enjoyable. The staff were nice and friendly and all of the guidelines were adhered to. The room was nice and comfortable and the breakfasts were really nice. I couldn't fault it one bit.
