Had meals. It's just ok. Neatness to be maintained, which is highly essential. They should focus on customer services. Should never function in a haphazard manner.

One of the good choice at economically affordable. The room was clean with hot water and other basic facilities. It is located on CTM road, just opposite of Reliance Trend.

I came to this residency for the first time in 2016 when I came to see A Aa movie. After movie tym I had a chicken biryani here. It was very good and service is also good. Very tasty biryani and I came here again for 3 times to have the same food items.

It's very expensive especially considering how bad the room and the bathroom is. The floor is full of dust and I can feel it against my feet, the curtains were probably never washed and they are also visibly very dirty. The mattress and the blankets provided are also TERRIBLE. The walls have cracks and the paint was chipped off (even though that's least of my problems) I don't typically write reviews, but this has to be the worst experience ever for me staying in a hotel room and I want people to know my experience. Also when I asked for a non-A/C room, that fellow took me to the top most floor knowing it's going to be much hotter than the rest of the rooms and it smelled like a bad hospital room. When asked what happened to the rest of the rooms, he said they were all occupied when there was nobody to be found in the building and the parking lot is very empty. I showed up at later hours (11pm) and I didn't have energy to run around and find a different hotel room in a city I have never been. If not, I would never stay here ever again.
