I was greeted with genuine warmth by manager Giri Anna. The staff made me feel like family, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing all the details I needed. Their friendliness and attentiveness added a personal touch to my stay. Giri Anna's dining experience was a highlight of my stay. The diverse menu offered a delightful mix of local and international cuisine. Each meal was a treat for the taste buds, and the ambiance of the dining area added to the overall enjoyment. The chefs' expertise and the friendly service made every dining experience memorable.

The behaviour of the management is very rude like he is saying that don't stay in this hotel checkout immediately at the night 1:00 AM. Staying at this hotel was like participating in a real-life game of 'Find the Hidden Stains.' The room smelled like it hadn't seen fresh air since the invention of carpet, and the bedspread looked like it had survived three wars and a frat party. The complimentary breakfast was a brave attempt at redefining the term 'continental,' with mystery meat and cereal that seemed to have expired during the Mesozoic era. The only redeeming quality was the Wi-Fi, which managed to maintain a solid connection to my disappointment throughout the stay. I won't suggest this hotel don't book these, there are many good hotels as compared to this. When I was staying in this hotel at that time it was raining the water came into the rooms.
