VVS Grand Fusion

Situated in the middle of the town. This hotel has very minimal maintenance. I ordered biryani, roti and palak paneer,they made us wait around 20 mins while I started looking around the reception area. The entrance was not so welcoming and the area was with minimal maintenance. Even the receptionist was busy with her work. The menu card was the worst part, torn and dirty. The food we received was not up to the mark. But compared to other hotels around the area this was the only hotel. I'm not completely dissatisfied but they could be more simple and neat with better maintenance.

My suggestion is simple do not choose this stay.. because of the reasons below.. The room is full of dirty smells, the washrooms are not at all good.. water looks very dirty Here they are not giving rooms on 24hrs or else one day basis.. they are just giving morning to evening that is punctual in timing... If you still choose, you will finally feel regret..

Prices are not comparable to the quantity they serve. Service is average. Taste is good. For example they served very few prawns(around 15 small one's) and very few pieces of Apollo fish. For the same price we will get good food in other restaurants.

A moderately ambient place with four floors having Restaurant at the 1st floor, Banquet hall in the 2nd, Executive rooms in the 3rd floor and A/C Deluxe rooms lying in the 4th Executive rooms are all good, with prompt response for room service. Prices are little out of budget for Normal people at a location like this town. Deluxe rooms though not ambient as that of executive, but OK. Bathrooms are huge, but with no exhaust and proper ventilation to vent out air. One need to pay price for ambience though!!, Isn't it?!!!

The rooms are good byt service is bad. I've booked 4 rooms for two days. 1) ac is not working in two rooms. AC deluxe rooms doesn't have ac remotes in the room. 2)they said their swiping machines are not working. Same story repeated over 4 days. It's a pain to pay in cash when you have booked multiple rooms for multiple days. 3) their service is very casual ( read lethargic). They should be on their toes while providing service to customers.
