KL Grand Inn

All the reviews I read from others while booking hotel are fake. Reading the fake reviews I booked rooms at this hotel for one night stay with family. It was horrible experience. Listing them down below. Hotel is not clean, you will see trash and uncleaned floor as soon as you enter the hotel, lift and room premises. Oh my god there is waste everywhere in and around this hotel. They will say that there is a car parking but you will have to park your car somewhere on the road near hotel. Reception staff behavior is ok but not good. Bedsheets are not washed, room is full of cockroaches, dust, dirt and bathrooms are not cleaned. AC remote mostly don't works. They don't have provision to give extra bed / bedsheet.Only if you call and ask they will give complimentry things such as water bottle. This hotel runs a function hall so priority is given to function hall guests over hotel room guest. Only one good thing is hotel is located in prime location of Machilipatnam.

Rooms, beds, ambience and service is good on overall. Recently I booked 3 deluxe rooms and 1 suite room. Pros... Everything is fine in deluxe rooms except Cons... 1. the entrance of bathroom. It is difficult to step in as it is very height and so it is very dangerous for elderly persons. Care should be taken by everyone while stepping in and stepping out as we may slip. 2. One of the allotted room is with cigarette smell though it was cleaned. Other than these, remaining is quite good.

This place has exceeded my expectations regd room and their service Would recommend this for staying and for function purposes

Excellent hotel room and overall stay! The room was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality linens. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with great water pressure in the shower. The hotel itself has a lovely lobby and common areas, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the top attractions in the city. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience - I will definitely be back on my next trip! Food is superb Function hall arrangement is nice Service is also good

The worst hotel I ever visited no cleanliness..no flush working in bathroom..owner is very rude..it is a lodge not hotel as mentioned in hotel name grand it is not grand it is trash never book anyone please..
