Worst maintainance. Land line not working. Room getting smell. Worst Wi-Fi Receptionist worst response.washrooms not clean, AC not working. No duplicate key.

"Avoid at All Costs: This hotel is a disaster. Utter neglect is evident everywhere. The service is non-existent, staff are indifferent, and the rooms are a disgrace. A foul odor constantly emanates from the bathroom, making it unbearable. The only redeeming feature is the car parking, but that's hardly a consolation for the appalling conditions. I strongly advise travelers to seek accommodation elsewhere, even outside of Macherla. This hotel deserves a resounding -5 rating across the board."

Nice hotel with good rooms and clean maintainance

This hotel is located towards the other side of the town, after crossing the railway gate and not much traffic when compared to the centre, which was very crowded. Rooms are good, well maintained. Did not use much of their services but the staff are courteous. Lift facility available.They even have function hall, but did not had a look at it. Felt the prices are a bit expensive for the location. Parking is also available and overall a good place. Can stay there, not a problem.

I request everyone, don't go any one bcz i stay one night ... completely upset bcz ...they r using used bed sheets nd full dust pillows wirresr ...stafff r extremely cunning ...loby person (vijay) he was talking tomuch respect less person , his talking very bad language......

No switch TVs and ACs, Uneven floors to lift numbers will make you go crazy. Smell of smoking will let you vomit.

Rooms are good service is good we are satisfied we are giving 5 star rating

The Rooms were clean and tidy. Had a pleasant stay. The staff were polite and accommodating.
