Nature Coffee & Hill Resorts

Best place to spend with friends and family members. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The services are pretty good.spend time with nature with a coffee in nature coffee resorts.

I strongly suggest please don't go for this resort we are facing many problems in this resort. No room maintenance both rooms are very dirty. Frequently power trip .they are not provide even water allso for bathing. No hot water facility. Bed sheets are very dirty. Especially the management and staff are very rude they don't have any ethics they simply want money . Their consontration on only money not in facilities please friends don't go

Dear Friends, Please do read my entire review about this resort. 1. Worst and rude behavior of the management and staff. 2. Very bad smell from bathrooms and no maintenance. 3. None of the geysers works properly if we switch on the geyser.. their main power trips and it will take hours to get the power back. 4. If we question them about the inconvenience then they attack us with abusing words and along with resort owners. 4. If we ask for geyser they will provide heater if they give heater then there will be no water. 5. There is no staff to respond to our queries we ourselves have to go to office everytime. 6. So I reuest either as a family or a group better not to choose this resort.

Very bad room maintenance and power supply frequently distrubed they are not responding for power trip. No hot water no water facility even for washroom usage very rude behaviour staff . Please don't choose these resort. They are named as resort but it is a d grade hotel

No Room Maintenance, when asked about it management had an argument with us. No acknowledgement or any receipt received for money we have paid. Worst Behaviour of the resort management (Drunken). No food facility. Worst experience I have ever had. The one star which was for location, it was very good view. I personally suggest not to stay in the resort with same management.

The rooms are not at all good. They charged INR 3000 per day. No proper facilities. We don't have option that's the reason we booked and stayed. Bathrooms doors are not proper. Toilets are not cleaned and maintained properly. I suggest don't go for this place for stay. Staff is also very rude and unprofessional. I never seen this kind of staff at any resort or hotel. No responsibility at all. They need money only. Friends don't look into this resort at all.

Very nice resort Nice place to visit Good management Good staff. View is amazing. Coffee, is just looking like a wow. Must visit the resort.
