I had booked this hotel online through OYO for my stay at Kurnool. The hotel name SUPER HOTEL O KURNOOL, does not exist at the address mentioned..When I reached the address I found my booking was done at NAGAMAYURI GRAND, which I had not booked. This was a rude shock since I was new to the place.I had booked for triple occupancy and paid the full amount, but when I reached the hotel I was told the hotel has only double occupancy and they asked us to adjust.. there was no mention of the extra mattress. I did not even enter the room or stay there since the room allotted was very bad. The pictures posted was fake. But OYO is charging me for the stay, they are refusing refund. OYO is supposed to be professional in the hotel booking has failed in the Services. They have not even checked the property name which is a basic requirement. When I called OYO, they offered generic standard reply without understanding and addressing the issue. All they said was they cannot cancel the booking My sincere advice to travellers, please do not book rooms through OYO. They don't even verify the property details. They are professionals in cheating people. Since it was late in the evening I had to look out for different hotel, the local auto driver helped me. Took me to a standard 3 star hotel which was costly, but was neat and clean.. I not only needed up paying more for my stay, but also lost the amount which I had paid to OYO since they have refused to refund the amount. Most of us travel to different cities for holiday and business and we rely on the information provided by Service providers, not sure how to trust the information provided online by service providers. We cannot reach to the hotel directly, because their contact numbers are not available in website.

In this hotel the staff was the worst the person name: called lokesh ready is the worst person don't trust him and don't tell any food order or any thing to him he is charging the amount double if you ask anything about the price means he is making fake promises and making drams there I didn't see such a fake person like him in my life. I didn't expect from management.

Nice and clean place to crash in .. staffs are super friendly and of jolly nature a must stay at kurnool

Please don't book here. It was a complete trap. After booking in oyo we called the hotel reception.receptionist told that they r not accepting oyo bookings and asked to cancel oyo booking n we will give room at same cost.they will book room for us. i told them that we r coming fr exam plz confirm booking.he said its confirmed u can come at any time..... here comes the twist after reaching the hotel that person changed shift.n the receptionist told no room booked on ur name.i asked that where i can go at 11pm.he simply refused to give the room n said all rooms booked.i asked to call theprevious shift guy..he refused...... the matter is they booked rooms for higher prices....they r worst fellows....plz dont book here..... they r some chillara batch...... dont trust oyo reviews they r all fake

On Bangalore hyderabad highway travelling with my pet dog, decided to stay in kurnool and found this hotel. Most of the hotels do not allow pet but here they allowed. Room was clean. Though TV is not working but for traveller's who are looking for just a clean facility to stay this is good one and budget friendly. Food can be ordered online. Overall good stay with my pet. Rooms are big.

Good one providing best service in the area. One can try if you are in the city

Though inside the main road, rooms are neat and comfortable. As it's summer not used the geyser. Bathroom is big and neat. Nice location and peaceful place.

The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent.
