OYO 87084 Bas Regency

I was at this hotel for 4 nights. I was staying in deluxe suite room. The room was big but there were many flaws. Fridge was not working even after telling the hotel people they did not fix it. There were 2 fans in the room and was always on high speed there was no regulator to change the speed of the fan. There was never hot water in the morning even though I was told hot water runs 24 hrs. The water from bathroom taps is always dripping. Even if you try to close it properly. The plug sockets sometime worked sometime did not.Also would like to tell you I had paid 7,960/- for that room.

Had a very bad experience with bas regency recently. We booked two rooms via oyo app and payment was also done. After a really long tiring drive all the way from kerala when we reached at the hotel at around 8 pm first problem we faced was with parking space.. When we somehow managed to get a parking space we were denied entry by the hotel staff. The person at the reception was very rude with a very bad attitude towards us. He simply told that the rooms were already given up to a marriage team. He was least bothered about the payment we have already done for the rooms and asked us to complaint if we wish to. Oyo customer service at that moment was also very disappointing.

Not even a gud parking space available for car... No basic things... Disappointed... No proper water coming in morning times... No proper room maintainance... Not a gud place to stay with family or friends.... Too high price

Stay was good. We booked 12 rooms for marriage, they have different options in rooms Ac/ non AC and delux, suit , mini suit

It's fake website. They first give good discount on booking . And on second booking they give spam or fake hotels wirh good rating. In night when I reach the hotel with my family they refuse me to give the room even I done full payment. It's not money matter but at night in unknown places what should you do e tp search the new hotel. I never request for refund one day they also get same. OmSairam

Don't book online they will not honour that . I booked 2 rooms for my parents on 9th June 2022 but they rejected it and demanded 3000 per room as they have demand. I got fooled .. be aware of these cheeters

Gave confirmation online but the room was given to someone else when we arrived. Oyo support response was 'sorry' Dont know what to say these guys, went through so much trouble by booking here. Sincere advice just avoid this hotel.
