Kanishkaa Inn A/C Lodge

We were charged 1600 for a 4 hours ! The room definitely was huge but no extra amenities like atleast soap in the bathroom ! The pricing for what they provided is too high !

Rooms are okey, bathrooms are not clean. Worst part, the fan runs like airoplane engine but there is not even a breeze of air, just crowd of mosquitos. Did not sleep at all.

Absolute trash 2500 rupees for this is outrageous. I walk into my room and the floor was dusty and there were dead bugs on the ground. The bed was fine but only two pillows for 2 people is bad. We had 4 people in total so we asked for extra mattresses and they were so hard and rough. They gave us pillows that were dirty and we had to ask for clean covers. The restuarant is the only thing I will complement the food was nice and tasted like how it should but the glasses that they gave us to drink form were dirty aswell

Prime location for food near gayathri estate kurnool. Parking is the main issue.

Now it is PAVANI LUXURY LODGE not KANISHKAA

Located near the Kurnool Government General Hospital, we took half a day's rest at this lodge our way from Gandikota to Hyderabad. We were looking for a cheap, non A/C room to freshen up and rest for a couple of hours before we hit the highway again. The room was good enough, with a double bed big enough to accommodate three guys. The toilet was clean with soap provided for hand wash. The location is good with a restaurant on the ground floor and other shops close by. Good enough if you are not looking for luxury and are okay for staying in a non A/C room.

My personal experience please don't check in Waste of money, bad maintenance, worst communication, they don't take any responsibility about costumers and they don't respect costumers 1. Pillow cover not washed 2. Blood stains on pillows 3. Dust in the room 4. Loud Sound from Exhaust Fan 5. Cigarette smell all the time

It is the average hotel. Staff is also not good. The rooms are not clean and tidy a foul smell is coming from room. Old models TV's are there and rooms also old model but budget friendly.for 1 night it is okay to stay
