The one star is the least that can be given, or else it could be even negative rating the way the receptionist is behaving. So far the worst ever boarded. There is no room service and water is also not provided. These people also cheating the customers by not providing the tariff chart and projecting the GST amount as discount Collected Rs.1680/- for a night stay which is very non reasonable for this kind of hotel with these type of working staff. The reception guy is worst. Misbehaving. They came to give checkout call at 4am. When informed to continue for one more day he again came back with a pos machine to pay first. We had paid for 2 rooms in advance still they wanted money in advance. Asked us to empty room before 24 hours. Their security guy asks for tip throughout the day. AC is old and doesn't even work at all. Done even serve a water bottle. One of the worst lodging options available.

Hotel is clean, well kept and extremely elegant. From the oversized room, twice daily room service, and elegant floors and lobby, this place exceeded whatever I expected. The multiple onsite restaurants offer many varieties of food to suit almost anyone's preference and taste. The staff goes out of their way to ensure your comfortable and do not need anything and what you do need they will ensure you receive, I'd stay here again just to enjoy the beauty

Old furniture in the rooms. Reception person needs to be more courteous to the customers and professionalism is expecte. Service needs improvement. Ok for overnight stay..

Rooms are a bit "outdated." Looks like a budget hotel, but prices are a bit high for what they provide. Had a good restaurant and parking for bikes though. Edit: Writing this at 3:43am. Was not able to sleep at all due to bed bugs. Would have rated in negative if possible!

When this was started maybe about twenty years ago it was quite a popular place as it had a small hall in the front that used to conduct medical conferences and had a restaurant that served excellent vegetarian thali and was quite popular. They also had a garden restaurant adjacent to the hotel where families used to come and have their choice of non vegetarian cuisine in the evenings or have dinner. But alas all this seems a thing of the past and once upon a time sort of a feeling as with changing times and great expectations a lot of things have changed but they could again probably bring it back to their old state of glory.|Dr. Javed Rasheed
