Hotel Suraj Grand

We were on a trip and on back to our location we had to find some food in Kurnool, having near to the NH44 we had to opt for Suraj Grand. But the experience was not upto mark, parking bay stinks with awful smell and food was not ready by 12:00 (Lunch).

I recently stayed at Suraj Grand Hotel in Kurnool on the national highway, and I must say the experience was far from satisfactory. The money spent is not at all worth it, and I advise others to save their money for a better service. The hotel is very substandard with low hygiene, and it's not deserving of any star rating. None of the room appliances worked, and the infrastructure is in poor condition. The staff lacks proper etiquette and customer service skills, and the room I stayed in had holes with a bad odor. Breakfast was served late at 8:30 am with only two limited options, and the quality was poor. When I raised concerns about the food, I was told that they had a new chef. Overall, I strongly recommend others to rethink before spending their money here.

Hotel Suraj grand is located near bellary chourasta next to the hyd- Bangalore highway .. ambience is good with cellar parking area and ground floor with reception area and first floor with restaurant and board room which can accomodate 20 members . 2 nd n 3 Rd floor with rooms .. restaurant is shifted to ground floor and quality of food had come down drastically and ambience also...

Hotel's location is good but the rest of the experience was . The service was terrible and they didn't have anything we wanted to order . The only thing they had was Biryani, so we had no choice . There were no desserts or cold drinks available, not even a single option . The complementary breakfast was okay, but it was not hygienic at all . Rats were running all over the breakfast items and eating them without any fear . When we complained to the staff, they changed the bread, but the rats just started running on the other items . If any category beyond third class than i will like to give this hotel.This is very third class hotel and room are terrific.its Better to stay at railway station pantry instead of this hotel.this hotel can't deserve even one Star.

Decent place for a stop closer to highway. Limited parking.

Good location but worn out and badly maintained. Needs total overhaul
