Worst maintenance of room,dirty linings and bathrooms,no maintenance at all according to the cost they charge.

Really good hotel for family stay.. Hotel is clean, well kept and extremely elegant. From the oversized room, twice daily room service, and elegant floors and lobby, this place exceeded whatever I expected. The multiple onsite restaurants offer many varieties of food to suit almost anyone's preference and taste. The staff goes out of their way to ensure your comfortable and do not need anything and what you do need they will ensure you receive. Although this is 45 min from my office destination, I'd stay here again just to enjoy the beauty..........

Worst hotel ever, toilets were not clean.. regret the minute you enter washroom. Yuck. Never go to this hotel. YUCKK

Awesome restaurent with good taste and reasonable prices||1) big room ||2) Near town ||Excellent location and best rooftop garden. Room is fine and the amenities are basic, there is scope of improvement. Complimentary breakfast buffet is decent and can be improved. Room service is quick

It is located on the road near railway station. The front part has shops and the lodge part is on the back side. The rooms are good with air conditioning facility. The staff is courteous. The lobby is poorly lit. It has a well maintained lawn and small decorative plant on the third floor. There is ample parking space. The hotel has one creeky old lift.

Good place to stay in budget hotel range. Helpful staff, good clean room. they even provide the new tooth paste, tooth brush and shaving razor along with soap and shampoo. The only thing that is a miss is hot water for shower, they said hot water is available but water was not at all hot. Still would suggest this place to stay for people who are looking for budget hotel to stay. They also have small garden on the roof where u can sit for a while.

Such a Worst Experience we had. We booked a Suite room and they charged us 4000/- . Suite room filled with cigarette smell for the entire night. Blood stains on the Bed spread. No AC in this hot weather in Kurnool. AC is not in working condition. When we informed this, hotel management said it will be co after 10mins. But that didn't happen and no one at the reception for us to vacate that room and occupy another one. Room full of mosquitoes. Coffee stains on the floor under the fridge. When you open the fridge - such a smell - I can't even put a right word to describe that. We couldn't continue and vacated the room.The management is so irresponsible that even after complaining they are not responding rightly. For just 4hrs they charged 4000/-
