The service is certainly prompt and fast, but the service people expect you to give them a tip for every little visit they make to the room. For example, if you order tea to the room, they expect tip for the "delivery" of the tea and also a tip for tge pick up for the used cups from the room. If anyone does anything for you, you're entitled to give them a tip and they won't leave without you paying them. I don't mind paying the tips, but you can't stand over my head expecting me to pay you for something you do that you're already being paid for by the hotel. I pay service charge at the hotel, and pay you. I hadn't even checked in to the room yet, and the security guard is telling me that he's working the night shift and won't be there in the morning, hinting at "pay me the tip now, as i won't be there in the morning". If I order a 1500 rupee dinner and am paying service charge for it, and you want me to pay you in tips again? I found that absurd! The service people, just directly opening the door without waiting for us to answer the door. I found that very invasive!

Located at City centre, Decent staff, rooms are ok but the hot water didn't come properly.

In today's Hotel industry -This is a beautiful surprise. Big rooms, old style design (in a good way), comfortable and clean. It gives you a feeling of circuit houses and well maintained luxury Guest houses. The staff is well behaved, overall a very good experience. Value for money. Added advantage is , the green lawn and private open space, parking etc away from busy road.

Reception desk is rude. They will not help you but ask you money for upgrade. I booked delux room and they gave me normal ac room on arrival. I said its delux he said money will be extra. This place has soooo many mosquito and insects.

Though the hotel is in the heart of the city , the service of the staff is very poor. They just absolutely lack courtesy. They just barge in to your room without knocking. Also the staff are very greedy .They always expect tips even if it is for small water bottle. The staff is very impatient . They do not accept upi payments. For every order on room service you have to pay by cash. They do not give bill. There is no hot water availability. Overall very poor service and quality of hotel and staff. Not at all recommended. As I had to go on emergency purpose I booked it at last minute without knowing.

We were on trekking journey and f Had our lunch at Raj Vihar Hotel. The ambience is good and the menu had a mix if local n north Indian cuisine. The food was prepared as per our request. For the unknown Kurnool is truly a spice belt and the local cuisine is quite spicy and definitely a tough experience trying out for non-locals. We requested for a very low spicy dishes n starters and Chefs ensured to listen to our requests. The service too was great. A good n recommended food destination for travelers hitting Kurnool for vacation or Business.
