the staff at Bhupal Residency were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I approached them about the air conditioning issue, they dismissed my concerns without offering any solutions or even an apology. Their attitude was curt and unwelcoming, which only added to the frustration. The toilets were another major problem. They were leaky and had a persistent unpleasant smell that made using the bathroom an unpleasant experience.

Worst place worst service and bunch of scamsters lost belongings were not just an inconvenience; they seemed to vanish into thin air, hinting at the possibility of staff involvement. Avoid this establishment for a stress-free stay.

Stayed here with family. ||Cost: Took a Ac Spl room for Rs . 1000. It had a spacious double bed room with a spacious ante room (with a 5 seater sofa set and a large table). Ideal for family members who want to use the ante room for the extra beds. ||Neatness: Bathroom was spacious and very neat and clean. Rooms were good. Ac was not split AC however was functioning well.||Room service: Was very prompt and good.||Food: Morning Coffee and others were good. However, made the mistake of eating at their restaurant Hot and spicy. Food was not great and place was not well maintained. Better to avoid.||||Value for money. Would suggest for business as well as family travellers.

It's in the city!! Average hotel!! Rates were high when I visited this place due to an traditional event in anandur!! Reception persons is unprofessional!! This hotel only want your money..rooms are not good.. washroom is bad!! If you are in kurnool find a better place rather than this..rates of 3 star and rooms quality of a lodge!! Useless place!! Full money minded and corrupted as well!!

Full of bed bugs, cockroaches and broken windows in bathrooms.

It is at low cost and good maintenance hotel. You can taste true Royalseema food in this hotel. General shopping facilities are available near to this hotel. Accessing to all other places in kurnool is very easy.

The Hotel Rooms and the corridor's are neat and tidy but the entrance to the complex is bit clumsy. The cost is reasonable and food is good. Staff behavior is also nice. Only difficulty we find is the parking.
